Granola Meeting Notes

 Granola Intro The first thing that caught my eye with this technology was the use. I usually use OneNote to transcribe meeting notes, which is serviceable. Often the biggest challenges of meeting is to get someone to create meaningful notes and capture decisions and actions that come from the meeting. This app helps track compliance discussions, action items, and accountability. Limitations When playing around with the app, it was good at its accuracy in details and words used, it wasn't great though. I had to proof read and correct some of its errors.  Results This app was great in filling the gap with reliable scribes for meetings. It holds value in the fact that it captures ideas in meetings and does not lose them, as is usually a problem with human scribes. Even though its not 100% accurate in capturing words correctly, it captures enough that can be corrected with a proof read at the end of the meeting before notes are sent out. AI Chatbot Prompts

 Experience With AI Prompting I would say that I have a limited experience in AI prompting. I use AI Chat relatively often, for school or for work. For work I mostly use the chat bot for rewording emails that don't seem quite right. Chat GPT does a great job organizing my thoughts for me so others understand what I am trying to ask. For school, I use chat to help me learn things that are relevant to my coursework and I can use in all of my classes.  My Prompt A great example of how I use Chat GPT is it helping me understand APA formatting better, it has been a long time since I have been in school before this program. Properly citing my sources has been a challenge for me and chat has helped me do that properly. Getting Chat GPT to cite sources helps me properly cite and give credit to authors, and helps me understand the formatting better.
